ALL 4 team members have 6:00 to find 1RM Clean.
Then immediately transition into
Ring Muscle ups (Masters: bar muscle ups / Scaled: T2B)
1) Each team member’s best lift added together for one total weight.
2) Total number of MU/T2B reps added together.
Each team will have a 45# bar and a 35# bar along with a set of plates that include: 55s/45s/25s/10s/15s/5s/2.5s
Only one athlete may attempt a lift at a time.
The rest of the team can help load/unload bars.
This is a 10:00 running clock event, so at 6:01 the team must stop lifting and can begin completing Muscle ups/Toes to Bar.
If a lift has started before the 6:00 mark, and is completed, it will count as good rep.
Clean: This can be any variation of a clean. The barbell begins on the ground. Receiving the barbell in the bottom of the squat is not required; a power clean, squat clean, or split clean will be permitted, but a deadlift followed by a hang clean is not allowed. The rep is credited when the athlete’s hips and knees are fully extended, and the bar is resting on the shoulders with the elbows in front of the bar.
Ring Muscle Up: In the muscle-up, the athlete must pass from a hang below the rings/bar to support above. At the bottom, any grip is allowed and a full lock out at the bottom is required, however a turn out IS NOT REQUIRED for ring MU, but the feet must be off the ground (or box if needed/used). At the top, the elbows must fully lock out while supporting yourself above the rings/bar. A kipping or strict muscle-up is allowed. Swings or rolls to support are not permitted.
Bar Muscle Up: The athlete must begin with or pass through a hang below the bar, with the arms fully extended and the feet off the ground. Pullovers, rolls to support and glide kips are not permitted. No portion of the foot may rise above the height of the bar during the kip. The rep is credited when the arms are fully locked out while the athlete is in the support position above the bar with the shoulders over or in front of the bar. Athletes must pass through some portion of a dip-to-lockout over the bar. Only the hands and no other part of the arm may touch the pull-up bar to assist the athlete in completing the rep.
Toes to Bar: In the toes-to-bar, the Athlete must go from a full hang to having the toes touch the pull-up bar. Both feet must be in contact with the bar at the same time, inside the hands. The arms and hips must be fully extended at the bottom and the feet must be brought back behind the bar and behind the body. This can be accomplished with bent knees.
